About the Job

As a 3D model review manager, your primary responsibility is to oversee the review process of 3D models created by the design team. You will work closely with the design team to ensure that all 3D models meet the required standards and specifications.

Main Accountabilities

• Review 3D models created by the design team to ensure they meet the required standards and specifications.
• Provide feedback to the design team on areas that need improvement and suggest ways to enhance the quality of the 3D models.
• Work closely with the design team to ensure that all 3D models are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that all 3D models meet the required standards.
• Lead & present 30%, 60% and 90% model review to client and partners, prepare action list and multi discipline coordination for close-out of all action items
• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and production, to ensure that all 3D models are compatible with other systems and processes.
• Train and mentor junior staff members on 3D modeling techniques and best practices.

Stay up-to-date with the latest 3D modeling software and technologies to ensure that the design team is using the most efficient and effective tools.

About You

Must have : Bachelor's degree in 3D modeling, graphic design, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in 3D modeling and design.
• Strong knowledge of 3D modeling software, such as Maya, 3ds Max, and Blender.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in project management is a plus.
