You will drive reporting, liquidity monitoring, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced fintech environment.

The role requires 3–5 years in finance, a finance or accounting degree, strong Excel skills, and Chinese language proficiency for stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or professional qualification.
• 3–5 years of working experience in financial industry.
• Strong understanding of cash management and fund operations.
• Proficiency in treasury systems and advanced Excel.
• Chinese language proficiency for stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily fund and cash operations.
• Approve fund transactions, reconciliations, and reporting schedules.
• Monitor liquidity, cash positions, and fund allocations.
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead preparation of fund and cash reports for management.
• Coach and evaluate the fund operations team.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements.
