TNG Digital Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled treasury professional to manage cash flows, banking relationships, and liquidity across the group in Kuala Lumpur. The role focuses on forecasting, funding, and risk management to support rapid growth in a fintech environment.

You will work with multiple business units, oversee treasury operations, and drive process improvements while mentoring junior staff. This position offers a dynamic fintech workplace with competitive rewards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor-level finance degree or equivalent.
• 5–7 years in treasury or financial risk roles.
• Exposure to FX hedging and interest-rate risk management.
• Experience with banks, trustees, and payment platforms.
• FinTech or financial services experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Forecast short- and long-term cash flows to ensure liquidity across the Group.
• Manage 100+ bank accounts and optimize daily cash positions.
• Oversee capital movements, loans, dividends, intercompany funding.
• Negotiate and manage bank facilities, guarantees, and related products.
• Monitor treasury risks (FX, rates, liquidity) and implement mitigations.
• Prepare treasury reports and ensure regulatory and audit readiness.
• Lead process improvements, automation, and mentoring of juniors.
