Job summary

Hytech seeks a Treasury Supervisor to lead the fund operations team, ensuring smooth daily cash and fund operations, accurate reporting, and strict regulatory compliance. You will supervise daily cash and fund processes, approve transactions, manage liquidity, and oversee reporting to management.

Ideal candidates will have a Finance/Accounting qualification, 3–5 years’ experience in finance, strong Excel skills, and leadership ability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or professional qualification.
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in financial industry.
• Strong understanding of cash management, fund operations, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in treasury systems and advanced Excel.
• Written and spoken Chinese for stakeholder communication.
• Leadership, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily fund and cash management operations.
• Approve fund transactions, reconciliations, and reporting schedules.
• Monitor liquidity, cash positions, and fund allocations.
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies, accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead preparation of fund and cash reports for management.
• Manage, coach, and evaluate the performance of the fund operations team.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements.
