Job summary

Hytech is seeking a Treasury Supervisor to lead the fund operations team, ensuring smooth daily cash and fund activities with accurate reporting and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years’ experience in finance, strong cash management knowledge, and proficiency in treasury systems and Excel. Chinese language skills are needed for stakeholder communication, along with leadership and analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a professional qualification.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the financial industry.
• Strong understanding of cash management, fund operations and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency with treasury systems and advanced Excel.
• Chinese language skills for stakeholder communication.
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily fund and cash management operations.
• Approve fund transactions, reconciliations, and reporting schedules.
• Monitor liquidity, cash positions and fund allocations.
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies, accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead preparation of fund and cash reports for management.
• Manage, coach and evaluate the performance of the fund operations team.
