Hytech is seeking a Treasury Supervisor to lead the fund operations team, ensuring smooth daily cash and fund activities with accurate reporting and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years’ experience in finance, strong cash management knowledge, and proficiency in treasury systems and Excel. Chinese language skills are needed for stakeholder communication, along with leadership and analytical abilities.

About the Role

As a Treasury Supervisor leads the fund operations team, ensures smooth daily cash and fund operations, accurate reporting, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily fund and cash management operations


• Approve fund transactions, reconciliations, and reporting schedules


• Monitor liquidity, cash positions, and fund allocations


• Ensure compliance with treasury policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements


• Lead preparation of fund and cash reports for management


• Manage, coach, and evaluate the performance of the fund operations team


• Identify process gaps and implement improvements

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or professional qualification.


• Minimum 3-5 years of working experiences in financial industry.


• Strong understanding of cash management, fund operations, and regulatory compliance


• Proficient in treasury systems and advanced Excel


• Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese for stakeholder communication
