Qualifikationen

• A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in treasury, cash management, corporate finance or project finance.
• Experience in property development and a professional qualification such as ACCA, MIA, CPA, CIMA or ICAEW are advantages.

Aufgaben

• Maintain daily visibility of cash balances and plan fund movements between entities and projects.
• Develop and update cash flow forecasts using inputs from project, sales and finance teams.
• Oversee bank accounts and Housing Development Accounts (HDA), ensuring transactions meet requirements.
• Administer existing financing facilities and coordinate with banks on renewals, new funding, refinancing and restructuring.
• Review project funding needs against construction progress, cost-to-complete, progress claims, retention and variation orders.
• Track expected sales proceeds, billings and collections, and assess cash flow impact of unsold units.
• Compare actual cash flow with forecasts and recommend corrective action.
• Prepare treasury updates and funding reports for Management.
