Job summary

Discova is seeking a meticulous Product Design Executive in Malaysia to design inspiring itineraries and support the product design team in developing innovative travel products. The role requires strong commercial sense and attention to detail to ensure proposals are competitive and profitable.

You will work with our global, diverse team to understand agent needs, maintain high standards, and help deliver proposals on time. Fluency in English and travel knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree or 5–6 years of product development experience.
• Experience in the travel industry or Discova destination knowledge is preferred.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Travel to destinations or prior living in them is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure itineraries are presented to a high standard in English and in the agreed itinerary format.
• Understand the requirements of our B2B customers and be able to meet their needs in the product offering proposed
• When required support the Product Designers in developing travel products (experiences, day tours & multiday itineraries) in line with brand standards, ensuring they both stand out from the competition and are commercially sound.
• When required, conduct product familiarization trips to support in the development product & showcase it to other team members and agents
• Adhere to One Best Way standards to manage and maintain client programs and pricing and correspondence in the product file share
