Job summary

Discova in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is seeking a Travel Product Executive to design and develop innovative travel experiences, day tours, and multi-day itineraries that meet brand standards and customer needs. You will manage the product lifecycle from research and development through to launch and ongoing optimization.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing, business development and contracting teams to maximize product effectiveness, support high-value proposals, and ensure pricing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience in product development and product management.
• Strong knowledge of travel industry and destination products.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Experience travelling extensively or living in destination markets is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop travel experiences, day tours, and multi-day itineraries that align with brand standards.
• Manage the product lifecycle from research through launch and optimization.
• Monitor market trends, segments and portfolio performance to identify opportunities and gaps.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, BD, and contracting teams to maximize product effectiveness and growth.
• Support high-value proposals, agent tenders, and training by showcasing the product portfolio.
• Ensure product information, pricing, content, images, and system data are accurate and market-ready.
