Discova is seeking a Travel Designer in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will create and manage exceptional travel products from concept through launch and operation, collaborating with sales, marketing, contracting, and product teams to deliver market-leading experiences.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in product development, deep travel industry knowledge, fluent English, and willingness to travel. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in destination markets are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product development.
• Strong knowledge of the travel industry and destination products.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel for business.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative travel experiences, day tours, and multi-day itineraries that align with brand standards and customer needs.
• Manage the product lifecycle from research and development through to launch and ongoing optimization.
• Monitor market trends, customer segments, and portfolio performance to identify opportunities and product gaps.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, business development, and contracting teams to maximize product effectiveness and business growth.
• Support high-value proposals, agent tenders, and training initiatives by showcasing the strength of the product portfolio.
• Ensure product information, pricing, content, images, and system data are accurate, up to date, and market-ready.
