Job summary

Ant International is seeking a product leader to own the vacation product design and roadmap, guiding initiatives from planning to launch. You will lead supplier API/MiniProgram integrations to expand inventory and streamline onboarding, and you will own the user booking journey from search to post-booking, using data to continuously improve conversion.

You will collaborate with Operations, Business Development, and Engineering to land projects efficiently and deliver seamless travel experiences

Qualifications

• 3+ years of vacation product management experience.
• Strong cross-team communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to an English-speaking environment.

• Own product design and roadmap for the Travel/Vacation business, and drive execution from planning to launch.
• Supply Chain Integration: Lead supplier API/MiniPrograme integration — pricing, inventory, and order flows — to expand inventory and improve onboarding efficiency.
• User Experience: Own the user booking journey (search → checkout → post-booking), and continuously improve conversion and user experience through data.
• Work closely with Operations, BD, and Engineering to land projects efficiently.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of vacation product experience;
• Strong cross-team communication and coordination abilities;
• Strong ability to work under pressure;
• Basic English proficiency, able to quickly adapt to working in an English-speaking environment.
• Experience in the travel or vacation industry is a plus;
• Familiarity with supply chain management.
