FCM in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Assistant Travel Consultant to support our corporate travel team. This entry-level role welcomes fresh graduates and offers hands-on training to book air, hotel, ground transport and to onboard clients to our technology platform.

Responsibilities

• Assist corporate travel consultants with inquiries and bookings (air, hotel, car, ground transport).
• Onboard clients to our technology platform and support OBT issues.
• Provide LCC and hotel quotations, liaise with suppliers on payments.
• Liaise with airlines on ancillary requests (seat/baggage/meal/changes).
• Assist with invoicing, processing refunds and sending credit notes to clients.
• Update invoicing details for finance reconciliation and check team queues.
• Assist with accurate reporting and QA testing of the technology platform.
