Travelbro Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a motivated and organised Operation Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities include assisting the operation team with daily travel and tour arrangements, preparing itineraries and booking details, coordinating with hotels and travel partners, updating passenger information, and providing general administrative support.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or any related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, organised, and willing to learn.
Able to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Assist the operation team with daily travel and tour arrangements.
Assist in preparing itineraries, booking details, and travel documents.
Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, tour guides, and other travel partners.
Assist in checking and updating booking and passenger information.
Communicate with customers and suppliers when required.
Provide general administrative and operational support to the team.
Perform other tasks assigned by the management.
