Job summary

Teleperformance in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Sales Leadership Manager to drive revenue and lead a high-performing sales team in Penang. You will develop strategies to meet targets, coach the team, and optimize sales processes.

You will analyze sales metrics, manage client relationships, and collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Travel as needed to support growth and client engagements.

Qualifications
