IGT Services And Technologies KL Sdn Bhd is hiring a Travel Industry - Customer Service Executive with German language skills. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and coordinating with airlines/hotels to arrange special requests. Strong English communication is advantageous, and relocation to Malaysia is required.

Communicating with customers through various channels and acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

Modify, change and/or cancel existing reservation.

Act as a liaison between customer and airlines/hotel to arrange special request/ to resolve complaint.

Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Qualifications :

Good English communication will be advantage for this position.

Able to relocate to Malaysia

Working hours: Rotational Work Shift (9 Hours Per Day)
