Job summary

Liwee Transport is seeking a Logistics/Transportation Coordinator to develop and optimize routes, schedule deliveries, and manage shipments using a Transportation Management System (TMS).

You will collaborate with internal teams (Invoicing, Admin, Store, Account) and external partners to coordinate logistics operations, monitor performance metrics, and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Diploma or equivalent and above.
• Preferable candidate able to speak and understand Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize transportation routes and schedules to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) and other relevant software to plan, track, and manage shipments.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Invoicing, Admin, Store, Account) and external partners to coordinate logistics operations.
• Monitor and analyze transportation performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Prepare reports on transportation activities, costs, and efficiency for management review.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Respond to and resolve transportation-related issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in the negotiation of transport fees and service agreements with customer.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transportation activities and documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics and transportation department.
