Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a logistics professional to develop and optimize transportation routes and schedules to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of goods. You will utilize TMS and other software to plan, track, and manage shipments, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to coordinate operations.

You will monitor transportation performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions while ensuring compliance with regulations and company

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Mandarin language skills are preferred.

Develop and optimize transportation routes and schedules to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of goods.

Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) and other relevant software to plan, track, and manage shipments.

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Invoicing , Admin, Store, Account) and external partners (e.g., Customer, Site person, Agent) to coordinate logistics operations.

Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Prepare reports on transportation activities, costs, and efficiency for management review.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transportation activities and documentation.
