Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Business Transformation Specialist to drive change and innovation across industries. You will support complex projects to improve business processes, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

The role requires Lean Six Sigma knowledge, strong analytics, and project management skills, with hands-on experience in automation using RPAs, workflows, OCR, and AI-enabled tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and report to senior management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years in business transformation, process improvement and project management.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) or equivalent.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with RPAs, workflows, OCR, analytics and AI tools for automation.
• Strong project management, change management and facilitation skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support transformation projects from initiation to closure aligned with strategy and stakeholders.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma to analyze and improve processes and performance.
• Conduct gap, root cause, and risk analysis to identify issues.
• Design solutions to optimize outcomes, enhance satisfaction, and reduce costs.
• Monitor effectiveness and drive continuous improvement actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership for buy-in.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for diverse audiences.
• Coach team members on transformation methodologies and best practices.
• Identify automation opportunities using RPAs, OCR, workflows and AI solutions.
• Drive change management to improve adoption of deployed solutions.
