Qualifications

Responsibilities

Manage Software & Platform Transformation programs for clients.
Drive end-to-end transformation solutions across retained and outsourced operations.
Develop Value Stream Maps and Customer Journey Maps to visualize current-state processes.
Identify pain points and uncover opportunities for automation and enhanced customer experience.
Lead cross-functional teams to accelerate digital and data-driven operations.
