Responsibilities

• Support finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across finance functions.
• Analyze and document existing finance processes, identifying opportunities for standardization, simplification, and automation.
• Participate in finance transformation projects from planning through implementation.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business teams to implement process enhancements and technology-enabled solutions.
• Assist in developing dashboards, reporting tools, and data analytics capabilities using Power BI and other digital platforms.
• Support ERP enhancement, workflow automation, AI, and RPA initiatives.
• Facilitate process mapping workshops and gather business requirements from stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and assist in tracking benefits realization and KPI performance.
• Ensure process improvements comply with internal controls, policies, and audit requirements.
• Support change management and user adoption activities.

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Finance Transformation Specialist to support finance transformation, process improvement, and digitalization initiatives across the organization. This role will focus on identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and implement automation solutions that enhance finance operations and support business growth. The successful candidate will work closely with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to optimize workflows, improve reporting capabilities, support ERP and automation projects, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Finance, Shared Services, Process Improvement, Finance Transformation, Consulting, or Project Management.
• Experience supporting business process improvement, automation, or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, workflow automation tools, RPA, AI, or digital transformation solutions is an advantage.
• Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CMA, PMP, Lean Six Sigma) are an added advantage.
