Job summary

MyHasil Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced Transfer Pricing professional to lead technical reviews, FAR analysis, benchmarking and methodology selection before delivery.

You will supervise TP Associates and Seniors, coordinate with accounting firms and tax professionals, and help scale high-quality TP work with AI-enabled workflows while maintaining judgement and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant Transfer Pricing experience; Assistant Manager / Manager-level experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian TP rules (Section 140A) and arm's length principle.
• Experience with CUP, RPM, Cost Plus, TNMM and Profit Split methodologies.
• Ability to identify inappropriate methodologies, weak comparables and potential tax-audit exposure.
• Experience reviewing AI-generated work and using tech-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Technical review & sign-off: Review Malaysian TPD, FAR analysis, benchmarking, methodology selection before delivery.
• AI quality control: Validate AI-generated analysis and drafting; identify hallucinations, factual gaps and cases requiring human judgement.
• Workflow design: Translate TP professional knowledge into decision trees, SOPs, risk flags, questionnaires, review checklists and escalation rules.
• Team leadership: Supervise TP Associates / Seniors, allocate engagements, maintain review standards
• Partner & client support: Communicate with accounting firms, tax professionals and SME clients; explain technical TP issues in practical commercial language.
• Scalability & efficiency: Help MyHasil deliver high-quality TP work at scale by ensuring professional hours focus on judgement, risk and exceptions.
