Job summary

Vistra in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Associate, Transfer Pricing to support TP analyses and documentation. You will coordinate with clients and internal teams, prepare proposals, and assist with TP deliverables and audits, all while maintaining quality and timelines.

The role requires a Finance/Accounting degree or professional TP qualifications and 2+ years of TP experience, with a strong grasp of Malaysian and OECD guidelines. A hybrid work arrangement is offered in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Finance/Accounting or Professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA/CIA) or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Knowledge of TP provisions in the Income Tax Act 1967, Malaysian TP Guidelines, OECD TP Guidelines, and global TP developments.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative and engagement support activities for TP engagements.
• Coordinate communication with clients and engagement teams and document discussions.
• Prepare engagement materials: proposals, client acceptance forms, kick-off materials, questionnaires.
• Conduct and support Transfer Pricing analyses: FAR interviews, benchmarking studies, and related research.
• Draft and finalize TP deliverables: TPD, benchmarking reports, TP advisory reports, audit support docs.
• Manage project timelines and ensure outputs are accurate and on time.
