- Exercises authority over personnel with respect to employment, supervision, training, performance appraisals, and termination.
- Develops strategic plans and procedures for managing investment risk in financial transactions.
- Provides leadership, coaching, and process improvement initiatives to improve the operational efficiency of a given investment unit.
