Job summary

OCBC Malaysia is seeking a skilled Transaction Banking Implementation & Client Services professional to deliver end-to-end payment solutions for clients in Malaysia. The role requires collaborating with clients to tailor API, H2H, and SWIFT-based services and coordinating with sales, product, and operations to ensure flawless delivery.

Candidates should have a degree in business, finance, or computer science and at least 3 years of experience in transaction banking or related fields.

• At least 3 years of experience in transaction banking, implementation, or a related field.
• Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of transaction banking solutions for clients, ensuring timely and smooth delivery
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and design tailored solutions
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, product, and operations teams, to ensure seamless delivery
• Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet client requirements
• Provide training and support to clients on new solutions and services
