Job summary

Baby Nest Sdn Bhd is seeking a Training and Development Executive to lead professional development across our childcare centres. You will design training programs, mentor staff, and ensure quality early childhood education.

The role requires graduation in Education/TESL/ECE or related field with 10+ years in childcare, strong communication and leadership, and willingness to travel between centres to coach teams.
