Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a training professional to design, implement, and evaluate development programs for employees in Malaysia. The role focuses on creating engaging curricula, delivering sessions, and applying adult-learning principles to drive measurable improvements.

You will work with department heads to identify skill gaps, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with corporate policies while mentoring staff and reporting on progress.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Experience with e-learning platforms and technology.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar software.
• Experience designing and implementing training programs.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles; online and in-person.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Trainer or in a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in instructional design and curriculum development.
• Familiarity with LMS and online training tools.
