You will facilitate full day sessions, deliver demonstrations, role plays, and constructive feedback, while adapting to participant profiles and organisational needs to maintain a professional learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full day public speaking programmes.
• Facilitate interactive and experiential learning activities.
• Provide clear demonstrations and practical guidance.
• Coach participants during individual and group presentation exercises.
• Provide constructive feedback on participants' presentation performance.
• Adapt facilitation style according to participant profiles and organisational needs.
• Maintain a professional and engaging learning environment.
• Complete basic post-training requirements, including attendance, evaluation and training documentation where required.
• Work collaboratively with Verdantflow Consulting on programme preparation.

Trainer - Public Speaking & Presentation Skills

About the Role

We are looking for confident and engaging freelance trainers who can facilitate a practical Public Speaking & Professional Presentation Skills programme for corporate participants.

The programme focuses on helping participants develop:

Public speaking confidence

Professional presentation skills

Verbal and non-verbal communication

Presentation structure and storytelling

Audience engagement

Handling Q&A and difficult questions

Executive presence

The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging, participant-centred training sessions that combine instruction, demonstrations, practical exercises, group activities, role plays, presentation practice and constructive feedback.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver full day(s) public speaking programmes.

Facilitate interactive and experiential learning activities.

Provide clear demonstrations and practical guidance.

Coach participants during individual and group presentation exercises.

Provide constructive feedback on participants' presentation performance.

Adapt facilitation style according to participant profiles and organisational needs.

Maintain a professional and engaging learning environment.

Complete basic post-training requirements, including attendance, evaluation and training documentation where required.

Work collaboratively with VFC on programme preparation.

Requirements

We are looking for trainers who have:

Strong expertise in Public Speaking, Presentation Skills, Leadership Communication skills.

Proven experience delivering corporate training to working professionals.

Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.

Strong command of English.

Ability to engage and manage adult learners effectively.

A practical, energetic and participant-centred facilitation style.

Ability to conduct training independently with minimal supervision.

Highly Preferred

Candidates with the following will have an advantage:

Accredited trainer or TTT certificate trainers

Relevant professional certifications in public speaking, training, facilitation, coaching or related fields
