Job summary

Verdantflow Consulting is seeking confident freelance trainers to deliver a practical Public Speaking & Professional Presentation Skills programme for corporate participants in Malaysia. You will develop speaking confidence, storytelling, audience engagement, and executive presence through interactive sessions.

The role involves full-day programmes, experiential activities, feedback, and collaboration with Verdantflow Consulting on preparation.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Public Speaking, Presentation Skills and Leadership Communication.
• Proven experience delivering corporate training to professionals.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
• Strong command of English.
• Ability to engage and manage adult learners effectively.
• Practical, energetic and participant-centred facilitation style.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full day(s) public speaking programmes.
• Facilitate interactive and experiential learning activities.
• Provide demonstrations and practical guidance.
• Coach participants during individual and group exercises.
• Provide constructive feedback on performance.
• Adapt facilitation style to participants and needs.
• Maintain a professional, engaging learning environment.
• Complete post-training requirements and documentation.
• Collaborate with Verdantflow Consulting on programme prep.
