Job summary

HFM is seeking a Trading Platforms Enterprise Infrastructure Architect to define target architecture for the MT4/MT5 trading-platform estate, covering hosting, high availability, recovery, upgrades and release delivery. You will establish infrastructure best practices and modernize by containerizing Windows workloads on Kubernetes / Amazon EKS.

Qualifications

10+ years in infrastructure or platform engineering, including MT4/MT5 server design/run.
Fluency in English; additional languages would be considered an advantage.
Deep knowledge of MT4/MT5 server administration, configuration and upgrades; PrimeXM liquidity bridges.
Experience designing high availability, failover and disaster recovery for mission-critical systems.
CI/CD and release automation with Jenkins or GitLab CI; PowerShell scripting.
Windows Server administration at scale with hardening and privileged-access control.
Containerizing Windows workloads on Kubernetes / Amazon EKS is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Own trading-platform target architecture and roadmap, including server topology, sizing, capacity and hosting on premises and in AWS.
Own high-availability, failover and disaster-recovery design for trading servers.
Set platform administration standards, configuration baselines, trading-server access and change practices.
Own upgrade, test and release architecture aligned with MetaQuotes release cycles so changes are validated, repeatable and reversible.
Lead modernization, including containerizing suitable Windows workloads onto Kubernetes / Amazon EKS.
Prototype and validate infrastructure patterns hands-on, and train the Platform Admin team.
Collaborate with architects, engineering teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust, scalable solutions.

As we continue to expand, HFM is seeking a driven Trading Platforms Enterprise Infrastructure Architect to join our team. You will define target architecture for the MetaQuotes MT4 and MT5 trading-platform estate, covering hosting, high availability, recovery, upgrades and release delivery and establish infrastructure best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
10+ years in infrastructure or platform engineering, including several years designing or running MT4/MT5 server estates at a broker.
Fluency in English; additional languages would be considered an advantage.
Deep knowledge of MT4/MT5 server administration, configuration and upgrades against the MetaQuotes release cycle, and of hosting liquidity bridges such as PrimeXM.
Windows Server administration at scale, including hardening and privileged-access control.
Experience designing high availability, failover and disaster recovery for mission-critical systems.
Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana; containerizing Windows workloads on Kubernetes / Amazon EKS is a strong plus.
Strong background in CI/CD and release automation (Jenkins, GitLab CI), with scripting in PowerShell.
MetaQuotes MetaTrader 5 Administrator certification desirable; AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate a plus.
Excellent communicator who can translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
