Job summary

Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad is seeking a Company Dealer in Corporate & Retail Dealing to assist and report to Team Lead and Head of Dealing and Institutional Business, ensuring KPI achievement and client service excellence. The role focuses on providing market updates, portfolio reviews, and investment product recommendations while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in any discipline.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

Provide efficient and professional support to clients through market updates, investment insights, and portfolio reviews to enhance client engagement and generate business revenue.
Manage and monitor client portfolios, addressing client losses and coordinating with internal departments to safeguard business interests.
Promote account opening, trading services and related products to expand client base and revenue.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding investment objectives and providing suitable product recommendations.
Execute and oversee dealing activities ensuring smooth operations and regulatory compliance.
