Hong Leong Bank is seeking a Manager/Assistant Manager of Trade Product to own a portfolio of Trade Products, drive strategy, promotions, controls and governance, and translate market opportunities into new offerings. The role reports to the Head of Trade Product.

You will manage performance, improve product coverage, and strengthen customer relationships through campaigns and training, while ensuring profitability and compliance.

Qualifications

• Malaysian citizen with a bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Around 5 years of trade experience in sales, operations, or relationship/account management.
• Strong knowledge of Trade Products such as Bank Guarantee, Letter of Credit and Documentary Collections is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage and deliver financial results, controls, compliance and governance for the Trade Products portfolio.
• Drive strategy and solutions to improve product coverage, efficiency and customer value.
• Set and maintain competitive pricing, fees and bundling strategies to maximize profitability.
• Strengthen relationships with customers and stakeholders through campaigns, events, and training.
