Network Foods seeks a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Trade Marketing (Confectionery Division) to support the Senior Marketing Manager in executing trade marketing initiatives across local and international markets. The role focuses on boosting brand presence, coordinating promotions, and expanding distribution channels.
The candidate will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Export teams, travel for market visits and events, and manage materials, campaigns, and budgets to drive growth

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Trade Marketing candidate to support the Senior Marketing Manager in executing trade marketing initiatives, strengthening brand presence, and driving channel growth.
Assist in planning and executing trade marketing activities to increase brand visibility and achieve sales objectives.
Coordinate trade promotions, product launches, in-store activations, merchandising, sampling, and below-the-line (BTL) campaigns.
Build and maintain good working relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, modern trade outlets, convenience stores, and key customers.
Work closely with the Sales team to ensure effective execution of trade campaigns and promotional activities.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability, merchandising standards, pricing, competitor activities, and market trends.
Support the expansion of distribution channels by identifying potential business opportunities and assisting with new account development.
Assist in organizing and participating in local and international exhibitions, trade fairs, roadshows, and industry events.
Coordinate the development, production, and distribution of marketing materials, POSM, catalogues, promotional items, and display materials.
Monitor trade marketing campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.
Assist in managing trade marketing budgets and ensure marketing activities are executed within approved budgets.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and Export teams to support product launches and business growth.
Support export market activities by coordinating promotional programs and distributor engagement where required.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Food Science, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing, Sales & Marketing, or Business Development within the Food Manufacturing or FMCG industry.
Experience in chocolates, confectionery, snacks, beverages, or related consumer products is an added advantage.
Good understanding of trade marketing, merchandising, retail execution, and promotional activities.
Experience working with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, or modern trade accounts.
Strong communication, interpersonal, coordination, and presentation skills.
Good analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Willing to travel for market visits, trade events, and customer meetings when required.
