Job summary

Spruson & Ferguson is seeking a Trademark Executive to support trademark matters across international markets from our Malaysia office. You will manage portfolios, handle prosecutions including oppositions, conduct clearance searches, and coordinate filings across jurisdictions while monitoring critical deadlines.

The role emphasizes timely, accurate filings and responses, with exposure to a diverse client base and a global environment.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a trademark role.
• Able to handle high volumes of workload with good time management.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Mandarin would be highly advantageous.
