Job summary

R Systems’ Transaction Banking Division is expanding its team and seeking a Business Analyst who focuses on system functionality, UAT, and building a long-term career in business analysis.

Candidates with UAT experience, knowledge of trade operations, or a strong interest in learning are encouraged to apply. Fresh graduates are welcome. The role involves supporting end-to-end system delivery, requirements gathering, testing, and governance across Trade Finance processes.

Qualifications

• 0–8 years of experience in related fields.
• Experience or internship exposure to UAT, business analysis, or trade operations is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong interest in Business Analysis or System Support.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proactive, meticulous, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end delivery of the Trade Finance System enhancements and implementations.
• Participate in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Review functional specifications for alignment with business needs.
• Plan and execute UAT, including test scenarios and defect tracking.
• Coordinate with Trade Operations, Product, Technology, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure cohesive system integration.
• Provide day-to-day system usage support and issue investigation.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation, SOPs, and process flows.
• Conduct training sessions and develop user guides.
• Support compliance checks related to trade finance documentation.
• Assist in prioritizing and managing enhancement requests.
