Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, Finance or related field.
• Analytical skills to analyze data sets, track metrics and prepare reports.
• Clear communication with peers and managers.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; basic exposure to PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of TPA dynamics and the eCommerce ecosystem; execution-focused.
• Detail-oriented with ability to spot patterns and connect dots under guidance.
• Self-starter with initiative and willingness to own tasks.
• Collaborates with peers and cross-functional teams on projects.
