Job summary

JTA Tours (M) Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Tour Operations Executive to coordinate and execute tour packages with a focus on Japanese customers. You will arrange hotel, transportation, and tour components and work closely with guides, ensuring smooth operations.

The role is based at Bukit Bintang in Malaysia and involves liaising with partners in Malaysia and Japan to deliver high-quality experiences and enhance language skills.

Qualifications

• Min SPM, Preferably Entry Level specialized in Hospitality / Tourism Services or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position.
• Required language(s): English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia. If the candidate speaks Japanese (Holding JLPT N2-N3) also may be considered higher salary.
• The Person willing to learn & hardworking.
• The Person able to work humbly and proactively.

Responsibilities

• Arrange tour components including hotel accommodation, transportation, and tour guides (mainly for Japanese customers).
• Communicate with our team in Japan regarding hotel reservations and other inquiries.
• Liaise with hotels, restaurants, transportation providers, and tour guides in Malaysia.
• Support daily tour operations and coordination tasks.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tour Management Officer.

As a full-time team member, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth coordination and execution of our tour packages, mainly for Japanese customers.

What you'll be doing

• ●Arrange tour components including hotel accommodation, transportation, and tour
• guides (mainly for Japanese customers)
• ●Communicate with our team in Japan regarding hotel reservations and other inquiries
• ●Liaise with hotels, restaurants, transportation providers, and tour guides in Malaysia
• ●Support daily tour operations and coordination tasks
