The ideal candidate will have a diploma in mechanical engineering and at least 5 years of experience in plastic mould design, along with expertise in CNC and 3D drawing using UG8.0. This role involves assessing new moulds, arranging processes, and driving continuous improvements to enhance production efficiency.

Job description
Qualifications
1.Candidates must possess at least Diploma in mechanical, manufacturing, mechatronics, mould design or related field.
2.With min 5 years of working experience in plastic mould design, plastic injection tooling.
3.Have mechanical drawing, mold manufacturing process, design process related knowledge and ability.
4.Advanced use UG8.0 or above version, can be completed independently general 3D drawing.
5.Familiar with various parts clamping methods and corresponding fixture design.
6.Have practical experience in CNC and TOOL MAKER, familiar with the performance of various processing equipment and various types of plastic mold structures (casing molds are preferred).
7.Able to accurately estimate (effective calculation method) the processing hours of each process.
8.Advanced use UG8.0 or above version, can be completed independently general 3D drawing.
2.Combined with design, engineering, and tool maker requirements, arrange new moulds, modified moulds, and fixture processes and make man-hour evaluations.
3.Handle materials output from design department, communicate to handle material order abnormality.
4.Participate in consistency of mould design and processing mechanism, summarize optimization processing regularly.
5.Follow up on-site processing conditions, handle issues that happened in a timely manner, cooperate with PMC production capacity to adjust the process in order to fulfill mould delivery time.
6.Assist in creating PPT documents for completely outsourcing; communicate and reply for abnormality issues of outsource processing.
7.Attempt and improve new processing mechanism.
8.Assist superior in continuous improvement of processing, summarize excellent processing and produce standard processing, enhance production efficiency.
