Qualifications

SPM/STPM/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering required.
Minimum 4 years of related maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plastic injection moulds.
2. Troubleshoot, repair, assemble, and service moulds to ensure smooth production.
3. Operate conventional machining equipment, including Lathe, Milling Machine, Surface Grinding Machine, Bench Drill and other tool room equipment.
4. Fabricate or modify mould components based on engineering drawings.
5. Conduct mould fitting, polishing, testing and precision measurements.
6. Maintain maintenance records and ensure good housekeeping in the tool room.
7. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance mould performance and reduce downtime.

Job description
