Binance, a leading global blockchain ecosystem, is seeking a Research Analyst to join a small, high-impact team. You will conduct due diligence, build financial models, and produce research that supports key commercial decisions as products move from inception to launch.

The role is cross-functional, working with internal stakeholders in a fast-moving environment where initiative and ownership are essential. A self-starter who can thrive with ambiguity will excel.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant ECM or investment banking experience
• Solid understanding of the mechanics of equity capital markets (IPOs, follow-ons)
• Strong financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication for memos and presentations
• Self-starter with initiative and ability to build processes
• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadline pressure
• Familiarity with digital assets, tokenization, or interest in on-chain equity markets

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough due diligence on issuers, companies, vendors, partners, and counterparties, presenting findings clearly
• Build commercial and financial models to evaluate product structures, pricing, and deal economics
• Conduct competitor and market research across capital markets to inform strategy
• Prepare internal memos and management presentations translating analysis into actionable recommendations
• Track equity capital markets developments and surface risks and opportunities
• Support the transaction and product lifecycle from research through execution
