Yappy Pets Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic digital content specialist to support daily management of social commerce, with a focus on TikTok Shop. You will coordinate livestreams, engage with hosts and creators, and produce short-form content to drive engagement and conversions.

The role requires understanding livestream operations, video editing basics and strong coordination across teams. You will stay on top of TikTok trends and assist in mega campaigns and product launches.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media or a related field preferred.
• Experience in e-commerce, social commerce, influencer marketing, content production, TikTok livestreams or creator collaborations is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of TikTok, TikTok Shop and social commerce ecosystems.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day management of social commerce platforms, especially TikTok Shop.
• Coordinate and execute livestream sessions, including planning, setup, moderation and post-stream analysis.
• Work with internal teams, agencies, creators and hosts to develop engaging livestream and video content.
• Assist in creating short-form videos and social content optimized for engagement and conversion.
• Ensure products, promotions, vouchers and campaign assets are accurate during livestreams and platform activations.
• Monitor performance metrics such as views, engagement, CTR, GMV and conversion.
• Stay updated on TikTok trends, platform features, best practices and competitor activities.
• Support campaign planning for mega campaigns and product launches.
• Coordinate product seeding, sample management and livestream logistics.
• Prepare post-campaign and post-livestream performance summaries.
