Job summary

Hong Kong Sa Sa (M) Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a TikTok Shop Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of the TikTok Shop, including listings, pricing, descriptions, inventory, and store performance.

You will coordinate orders, fulfillment, returns, and customer inquiries with relevant departments, develop strategies to hit sales targets and KPIs, plan livestreams, collaborate with hosts and affiliates, and supervise a team to ensure targets are met.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience in TikTok Shop management, livestreaming and affiliate marketing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily TikTok Shop operations, including product listings, pricing, descriptions, inventory, and store performance.
• Ensure product information, promotions, and branding align with company standards.
• Monitor orders, fulfilment, cancellations, returns, refunds, and customer inquiries with relevant departments.
• Develop strategies to achieve sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability.
• Plan and coordinate livestream sessions, including scheduling, product selection, promos, and targets.
• Work with livestream hosts, content creators, and production teams to deliver engaging livestreams.
• Recruit and manage TikTok affiliates and influencers to boost exposure and sales.
• Supervise team performance and KPIs to meet business targets.
• Collaborate with Ecommerce Marketing, CMPD, Warehouse and Logistics teams for smooth operations.
