DESINCE SDN. BHD. is seeking a TikTok Live Host to join our fast-growing fashion e-commerce team in Klang, Selangor. You will run energetic live sessions, showcase our fashion collections, and engage with viewers to turn interest into purchases.

We offer a structured salary package: base RM 2,200–RM 3,300, tier allowances RM 600–RM 2,300, attendance/shift bonuses, and uncapped GMV commissions. Full benefits and company equipment support your work.

Qualifications

• Entry-level friendly – no experience required.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
• Must be able to commute to Klang, Selangor.
• Schedule rotates AM/PM shifts.

Responsibilities

• Host interactive, high-energy live streaming sessions on TikTok and other platforms.
• Style and showcase fashion collections across categories (Men, Women, Kids, Muslimah, Teens).
• Engage with viewers in real-time, answer questions, and convert viewership into buyers.
• Prepping: coordinate clothing setups and study product details before going live.

We are currently expanding our operations in Klang, Selangor and are looking for passionate, energetic, and style-conscious individuals to join us as a TikTok Live Host.

Your Paycheck, Transparently

We offer a highly structured, performance-driven salary package. Here is what you can earn:

TOTAL POTENTIAL PACKAGE (before commission): Up to RM 6,300+

This is the number you can reach by maxing out your tier level and hitting all attendance/shift metrics. Commission comes on top of this!

Basic Salary: RM 2,200 – RM 3,300 monthly (based on experience).

Tier Grade Allowance: RM 600 – RM 2,300 monthly (Clear career ladder—level up, and your pay goes up).

Attendance Bonus: Up to RM 300 monthly.

PM Shift Bonus: Up to RM 500 monthly.

On Top of That:

Uncapped Commissions: 0.50% to 1.50% of GMV once monthly targets are met. Top hosts can significantly increase their income through commissions.

Full Benefits: Medical and insurance coverage (with panel clinics), EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB contributions.

Extras: Yearly performance bonuses, annual salary increments, and company-provided professional live-streaming equipment.

What You Will Be Doing

We want you to have fun and bring your unique energy to the camera!

Hosting: Run interactive, high-energy live streaming sessions on TikTok and other platforms. Sessions are broken into manageable slots with rest time in between.

Styling: Showcase and demonstrate our fashion collections. You will host the category (Men's, Muslimah, Women's, Teens, Kids) that best matches your personal style.

Engaging: Interact with viewers in real-time, answer questions, and turn viewers into buyers.

Prepping: Coordinate clothing setups and study product details before going live.

Who We Are Looking For

Location: Must be able to commute to our workplace in Klang, Selangor.

Camera Presence: Charismatic, energetic, and highly comfortable presenting in front of the camera.

Experience: None required! We welcome entry-level candidates. Structured coaching and live mentorship will be provided from day one.

Communication: Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.

Schedule: We operate on rotating AM & PM shifts. Enjoy the perk of having weekdays off to hang out at cafes or run errands while the malls are less crowded!
