Job summary

CIMB Bank Berhad in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Manager, Risk - Third Party Risk Oversight MY to develop and maintain an effective Third Party Risk Management framework across the group. You will provide governance, oversight and advisory for outsourcing, partnerships and vendor engagements.

You’ll drive risk assessments, implement mitigations, and report to risk committees, while promoting awareness and ensuring regulatory alignment within the banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Information Systems / Business / Banking / Finance / Accounting / Statistics / Economics / IT.
• 3–5 years of experience in compliance, operational risk, outsourcing fields, preferably in a bank or financial institution.
• Experience in Supply Chain Management is an advantage.
• Strong foundation on process design and operational risk related matters.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain a robust Third Party Risk Management framework.
• Provide governance, oversight and advisory to BUs/BEs in third party risk assessments.
• Embed the framework to ensure regulatory compliance where applicable.
• Provide timely reporting to risk committees as per framework requirements.
• Promote awareness and training on third party risk management across the group.
• Collaborate with SRs/SOs, RCUs, RCSs, and DCOROs to address third party risks and incidents.
