Job summary

AIA Malaysia is seeking a qualified professional to support end-to-end Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) activities, ensuring continuity of processes and timely assessments. The role involves collaboration with internal stakeholders, reporting, and system enhancements for TPMS and related controls.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in TPRM, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and Power BI to drive data-driven decisions and improvements in risk posture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in risk management, business, or related field.
• 4–6 years’ experience in third‑party risk management/governance, procurement, compliance, or related.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and risk‑awareness capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Power Pivot), PowerPoint, and data interpretation; Power BI proficiency is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support to Contract Owners, Business Approvers, Risk Functional Assessors, and Procurement Operations Support on TPRM/TPMS inquiries.
• Maintain and update the TPMS User Guide for clarity and usability.
• Lead coordination and UAT for system enhancements, prepare test scripts, and communicate rollout updates to AIAMY stakeholders.
• Prepare periodic and ad-hoc TPRM reports and risk dashboards.
• Support regulatory and internal audit reviews and gather required evidence.
• Develop training materials and deliver training sessions to AIAMY stakeholders.
