Job summary

OCBC Malaysia is seeking an experienced Operational Risk Partner to lead risk oversight across divisions. You will drive incident management, risk assessments, remediation of control gaps, and regulatory reporting where required.

You will collaborate with second line and business units to strengthen controls and ensure adherence to policy. The role requires a degree and at least eight years of risk management experience, including third‑party risk, business continuity, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk management across operational and third‑party risk.
• Strong knowledge of consumer banking regulations and data protection.
• Ability to design and review control frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end major incident management and regulatory reporting.
• Advise business units on risk controls and risk appetite alignment.
• Coordinate with second line of defence and external stakeholders.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and training to uplift staff awareness.
