• Proven experience working as a therapist in a clinical or practice setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
• A thorough understanding of client confidentiality and professional ethics within healthcare
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail in maintaining client records
• A genuine commitment to promoting client wellbeing and natural health approaches
• Knowledge of local healthcare regulations and compliance requirements in Malaysia
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
