EMS Healthcare Centre is seeking a dedicated Therapies and Rehabilitation to join our growing team in Klang, Selangor. This full-time position plays a vital role in delivering high-quality therapeutic and rehabilitation services to our diverse client base. As a Therapies and Rehabilitation Specialist, you will lead our natural therapies and alternative medicine practice, providing evidence-based treatments and personalized rehabilitation programs. Your expertise and compassionate approach will directly impact our clients' health outcomes and overall wellbeing, making this role strategically important to our organization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients to determine their therapeutic and rehabilitation needs
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans aligned with clients' specific health goals and conditions
• Deliver a range of therapeutic interventions using natural therapy and alternative medicine techniques
• Monitor client progress throughout their rehabilitation journey and adjust treatment approaches as necessary
• Provide guidance and education to clients on self-care practices, lifestyle modifications and preventative strategies
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic client care
• Stay current with industry developments, best practices and emerging therapeutic techniques through ongoing professional development
• Contribute to a positive and supportive clinic environment that promotes client satisfaction and retention

What we’re looking for

• Relevant qualification or certification in therapies and rehabilitation, or a related natural health discipline recognized within Malaysia
• Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in delivering therapeutic or rehabilitation services within an alternative medicine or natural therapy setting
• Strong knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and rehabilitation techniques commonly used in alternative and complementary medicine
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong rapport with diverse client populations
• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough client assessments and develop effective treatment strategies
• Sound clinical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities in a therapeutic context
• Professional demeanor with a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards
• Current registration or accreditation with relevant professional bodies (preferred)
