Job summary

BP in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is seeking a meticulous Supply Planner to lead finished goods replenishment and raw material planning across the PU network. You will optimize inventory levels, collaborate with planning and production teams, and drive capacity planning using Kinaxis Maestro.

The role requires hands-on experience with Kinaxis Maestro, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work with teams across markets, including Malaysia and India.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in supply planning and replenishment.
• Experience with Kinaxis Maestro preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop finished goods and raw material replenishment plans to balance supply and demand.
• Manage mid-to-long-term production plans across multiple sites.
• Identify and mitigate capacity bottlenecks and material shortages.
• Collaborate with PU Supply Planning Delivery leads and MPS planners to optimize inventory and service levels.
• Apply Kinaxis Maestro for RCCP and scenario planning to improve availability.
