Job summary

bp is seeking a meticulous Supply Network Replenishment Advisor to manage replenishment of finished goods across our global network. You will ensure stock availability and optimize inventory while coordinating with PU S&O and SOE teams to align supply with demand.

The role requires 3–5 years in supply planning, strong analytical skills, and experience with Kinaxis Maestro or similar planning tools. This is a hybrid role with office and remote elements in Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Logistics, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in supply planning, replenishment or inventory management.
• Experience with Kinaxis Maestro or similar digital planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement finished goods replenishment plans across regional warehouses.
• Carry out medium to long term supply network projections and identify constraints.
• Own stock allocation for the planning unit based on forecast demand and service levels.
• Maintain planning data aligned with governance requirements and lead times.
• Coordinate with Supply Planning Delivery, Production Planning, and Demand Planning teams.
