Sutherland is seeking an Associate - Customer Service (Thai Speaker) to deliver empathetic customer support via live chats and calls in Malaysia, onsite at Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur. The role emphasizes CSAT-focused service and requires bilingual Thai and English communication.

You will troubleshoot streaming-related issues, assist with account management and billing inquiries, and maintain precise interaction records while staying updated on product changes and policies.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Thai (written and spoken) and English (written and spoken).
• 1–2 years of CSAT-focused customer service experience.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays (5 days on, 2 days off, 40 hours per week).
• Willing to work 100% onsite at Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur.
• Visa sponsorship available for native and non-native Thai speakers.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot common technical issues relating to streaming services (device compatibility, login errors).
